High-Performance LPG Pumps: Reliable Solutions for Liquefied Petroleum Gas Transfer

Introduction:

Our state-of-the-art YQB series of LPG pumps are meticulously engineered for the safe and efficient transfer of a variety of volatile liquids. These pumps are not solely limited to liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), but also excel in handling substances like dimethyl ether, methyl chloride, ethylene oxide, propane, propylene, butidene, isobutylene, methanol, and other similar volatile fluids, as well as petroleum products.  With a focus on robust performance and reliability, these pumps are essential for a multitude of applications including, but not limited to, the loading and unloading of gas transport vehicles, filling of cylinders, and supplying production facilities and various industrial workstations.

Advanced Design and Engineering:

These positive displacement vane pumps incorporate an innovative and sophisticated design. The stator’s curvature features a complex, multi-faceted geometry. This unique construction, coupled with mechanically locked ends and O-ring seals on all static ends, enhances sealing integrity and reduces the risk of leaks. The use of metal and compatible non-metallic materials for the rotating parts further ensures long-term durability, safety, and versatile operation. This combination of advanced design and robust material selection guarantees a high-performance, low-maintenance solution for your fluid transfer needs.

Operating Principle: Precision Fluid Movement:

The YQB series operates using a positive displacement vane mechanism. The flow rate is directly proportional to the rotational speed of the shaft. Inside the pump, the intricate stator curvature and the precisely engineered rotor, baffle, and vanes together create ten sealed chambers. As the rotor turns, the volume of the intake chamber expands, creating a vacuum that draws fluid into the pump. Further rotation reduces the volume of these chambers, forcing the liquid out through the discharge port. A strategically placed oil block separates the suction and discharge chambers, preventing backflow and ensuring consistent flow. The vanes are continuously pressed against the stator's inner curve through a combination of centrifugal force and the action of the two baffles. This design allows the pump to operate efficiently and reliably under the most demanding operating conditions.
